Make Every Patient Count initiative

The ‘Make Every Patient Count’ initiative provides the medical community with the opportunity to combine their experiences with each and every patient to build real-world insights and support patient access to treatments which meet unmet needs.

The initiative provides physicians with a user-friendly data collection tool for their own institutional use, allowing them to include EVERY patient they treat in a continuous service evaluation programme, supporting clinical practice and increasing understanding of how best to position ECP in the patient care pathway.

To get involved, or for more information on the ‘Make Every Patient Count’ initiative, email CritCareTKS-Info@mnk.com
